This project involved the complete gutting out of this 3 storey building including removal of roof etc. All that remained was the outside 600mm thick stone wall shell. After the building was stripped out, old timbers removed from stone walls etc, a steel frame on each floor level was installed to receive new floor system. A complete new cut roof with natural slate was fitted together with new windows and doors. Dry lining to all external walls; Lectros Electro Osmotic DPC system and all old walls treated for Dry rot. The stonework façade to the building was cleaned; various opening made and built up and all raked and re-pointed. Mechanical & Electrical sub contractors and Lift installation was within our contract along with the internal fit out. This included internal partitions, plastering, flooring, tiling, 2nd fix joinery, fitted furniture, internal décor, etc.
